Rector Installation by Bishop Daniel G. P. Gutiérrez

Please join the members of St. Luke’s church as Bishop Daniel G. P. Gutiérrez installs Fr. David Radzik as St. Luke’s 30th rector of the church. A light lunch will follow.

This special service will also be livestreamed via Zoom.

The installation of a rector in the Episcopal Church is a festive service that marks the start of a new rector’s ministry. It’s also known as a Celebration of New Ministry. It begins with the Institution which is when the Bishop, the Wardens, and the Congregation formally affirm that he is the Rector. There is another part called The Induction when the Bishop, the Clergy, and the Congregation present to him symbols of the varied ministries he will lead us in.
